Denis was welcomed into the world on December 28, 2015. His parents, David and Candice, finally brought him home after he received phototherapy treatment for having jaundice and spending a week in the hospital. He was soon diagnosed with Biliary Atresia and ultimately Alagille syndrome. Denis now requires a liver transplant and receives multiple medications several times a day. Candice and David currently are not working to help with Denis’ daily medical needs while waiting for transplant. Once a suitable donor is found and the transplant occurs, it will continue to be months away from home while Baby Denis recovers and receives the medical treatment he needs.
I am asking for your help to reduce the financial hardship to David and Candice as they go through this journey with their amazing little man!
Stay tuned for future fundraising events!
